Hello, I Am Valerya

I thought it was time I introduced myself properly. I am Valerya, the handmade gemstone jewelry maker behind Valltasy. I choose the stones, make the pieces, pack the orders, and answer your messages myself. When people picture a jewelry brand, they often imagine a team and a factory. Here it is just me, at my bench, choosing stones and making each piece by hand.

Being a small, independent maker is a lot of work, and I would not change it for anything. It means you can see my hand in the color mix and the wirework, and every message you send lands with the person who actually made your jewelry. There is no team to pass you along to, just me, and I like it that way.

How Valltasy Began

Valltasy started as a dream, a wish to create colorful fine gemstone jewelry that makes people happy. I have always been moved by color, by the way a certain shade can lift your whole mood in an instant. Gemstones felt like the most joyful way to carry that color with you. I wanted to make jewelry that feels like a small daily dose of happiness.

How I Work

I work intuitively, letting the stones lead me. I will lay out a handful of gems and move them around until the colors feel balanced and alive, almost like arranging a tiny bouquet. Then I bring them together with wire wrapping, silk knotting, and metalwork, techniques I have practiced for years. None of it is rushed. A single piece can sit on my bench for a while until the balance feels exactly right.

Some stones have my heart completely. I could sort Opal and Moonstone all day, watching the light move inside them. That quiet joy is exactly what I hope you feel when you open the box.

What I Hope My Jewelry Does

My jewelry is not only about pretty stones. It is about how you feel when you wear them.
