Will I need to pay taxes / customs fees?

International buyers may have to pay additional taxes and fees enforced by your home country (see details for UK and EU below), depending on your local customs regulations and the price of the item(s) purchased.
These fees are not included in my shipping fees.

I ship WORLDWIDE (from Israel) via DHL Express shipping, arriving within 2-5 business days!

To Russia I ship with Priority Shipping, arriving within 7-11 business days.

I LOVE custom orders! Jewelry can be made by your description of style, gems and materials, size and price range. You can ask for adjustments to an existing design or we can create together something from scratch! Please use this form to fill out the details and I’ll be happy to help with your custom order 🙂

Can you make these earrings in Gold filled / Sterling Silver?

I can usually make every item in Gold filled / Sterling Silver (even if it is not explicitly stated in the listing). Just message me and ask! 🙂

Why I use gold filled instead of plated or vermeil metals

14/20 gold filled has a layer of gold that is more than 100 times thicker than even the highest quality vermeil or gold plating, and is measured not by thickness but by weight. The term 14/20 gold-filled means that the gold layer must be at least 1/20th (5%) of the overall product, by weight.

A 14/20 Gold Filled piece is usually considered a lifetime piece of jewelry. Under the same care as precious metal jewelry, 14KGF jewelry will not peel, flake, or wear off and can be treasured as heirloom pieces. Gold-filled jewelry, unlike gold plated jewelry, can be polished and cleaned with jewelry cleaner. The layer of gold will not rub off. It is tarnish-resistant, like solid 14 karat gold, and is safe for most people with sensitive skin.

Sizing details

All item descriptions have clear and precise measurements of the stones and lengths of the chains and earrings. The item photographs are enlarged to provide clear detail and thus stones may appear larger in the photographs.

How should I care for my jewelry?

~  For Opal Jewelry ~

  1. Keep your Ethiopian Opals away from water and liquids. Opals are very porous and they absorb oils, make-up, lotions, tanning sprays and salty sweat very easily. Avoid contact with lotions, make-up, sprays, oils and perfumes (Tip: Opal Jewelry should always be the last thing to put on when dressing).
  2. Do not wear Opal Jewelry in water (e.g. shower, swimming, sauna, hot tub) or while exercising or doing dishes.
  3. Do not expose your Opal jewelry to high humidity.
  4. It’s best to store the Opal jewelry in airtight bags when not being worn.
  5. Do not expose your Opals to extreme changes in temperature.
  6. Avoid liquid chemicals around your Ethiopian Opals.
  7. Avoid manual labor when wearing your Opals.
  8. If tarnishing occurs, metals may be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth.
  9. Especially in regard to Bracelets – bracelets are high wear, please be extra careful not to snag them on anything or pull hard on them. Keep your bracelets always dry.

~ For ALL Gemstone Jewelry ~

  5. If tarnishing occurs, metals may be cleaned gently with a jewelry polishing cloth or using warm soapy water. After cleaning with water, please carefully dry-out the jewelry item.
  6. When cleaning your metals use extra care to not have the gemstones come in contact with any of the special cleaners especially the porous gemstones: Pearl, Opal, Emerald, Turquoise, Amber, Coral and Onyx.
  7. To help prevent early tarnishing, items should be stored in an airtight bag.
  8. Especially in regard to Bracelets – bracelets are high wear, please be extra careful not to snag them on anything or pull hard on them. Keep your bracelets always dry.

returns and refunds

Returns and refunds

It’s important for me that you love your jewelry. If you are in doubt, or have questions, please contact me with any concerns you have if unsure before purchasing. I make myself available daily to answer questions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item for return item address and information.
Upon return you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) excluding original shipping costs.
– In case of payment via PayPal a 4.5% fee will be deducted from the refund (due to PayPal’s policies)
– In case of payment via CreditCard a 4.0% fee will be deducted (due to a non-refundable merchant fee in case of refunds)

In order for me to accept the returned items they must be:
► In the original packaging, including the wrapping inside and outside the gift box, so the jewelry won’t move in the box and the box doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
► Shipped back within 3 days of delivery. The buyer will need to cover returned item shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the following items they can’t be returned or exchanged:
 Custom designs
Personalized orders (lengthening or shortening, color changes, or other design alterations)
– In case the original design is in Gold Filled (in the photos) but is ordered in Sterling Silver (the chosen variation), it is considered a custom order (and thus cannot be returned).
Items on sale
 Deposits for custom designs.
 Layaway payments (because during the time I’m reserving the item for you I’m unable to sell it to any other potential buyer).
