I just had a custom order done by Valerya and I absolutely love it! She was patient with me in creating the bracelet as I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted. But she worked with me in the whole process and the bracelet came out even more stunning than I could have imagined with the best quality beads I’ve ever seen. This was my third purchase from Valerya and it is a masterpiece!!! Valerya is fast, helpful, and responsive. This is my second custom order and she created a beautiful pink gemstone bracelet at the requested price point. I would give more than five stars if I could. I was looking to buy a pendant top only as my daughter already has a k14 necklace chain. Valerya was kind enough to make a matching pendant top to her Narnia earrings using gemstone clusters and same shaped amethyst. Definitely the best customer service ever and her jewelry is so beautiful. Packaging was very nice. I am very happy I found her shop.

The opals of this bracelet shift beautifully in person, and the size was just right for my mother's small wrist. Unfortunately she didn't like it, so I thought initially that I'd have to return it, since the rest of us don't have the same wrist size; however, we decided to gift it to my grandma instead and I cancelled the return with the seller. They were very patient and kind with me all-throughout the transaction, despite the initial uncertainty of the bracelet's fate. Overall wonderful customer service and stellar craftsmanship.
