This is my 4th piece of jewelry I have ordered from Valltasy and the 2nd custom peice. I am NEVER disappointed when I open the boxes! The shop owner gave prompt responses to my inquiries and input on putting together the custom pendant I had in mind. She definitely strives to satisfy the customer with her endeavors and that along with her fantastic handiwork and beautiful designs are why I'm a return customer!!!

This was a custom pendant designed similar to the beer quartz earrings. Communication was prompt, concise, and courteous. My pendant was put together and shipped out within a week. My pendant was so gorgeous and exactly what I had wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to order a custom piece from this shop again!

This necklace is very labor-intensive, but she went above and beyond to make sure it was what I wanted. Beautiful jewelry at very reasonable prices!
